By using this web site and/or the risk forms used by your company or individuals, you accept all terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to be bound by all the terms set forth below, do not use the risk assessment forms either provided as demo or per specifically built form for use by your company or individual use.

The web site is owned by Preflight Mitigators, LLC. and is protected from unauthorized use, copying and dissemination by copyright, trademark and other laws, and by international treaties.

Users may not resell, alter, transmit, repackage, disseminate or republish, electronically or otherwise, any of the information accessed from Preflight Mitigator in any form, including paper, another internet web site or other electronic network, nor may a user include any page (or part therof) or content with any other product, document or information that the user holds, creates or distributes, without the prior written consent of Preflight Mitigators, LLC.

Any violation of these terms may result in restrictions on your access to all or part of the Preflight Mitigator application and may be referred to law enforcement authorities. You are advised that Preflight Mitigators, LLC. will aggressively enforce its rights to the fullest extent of the law including, without limitation, the seeking of criminal prosecution or civil suit against you. If you are found in violation of this agreement, you agree to pay all reasonable attorney fees and court costs.

Preflight Mitigators, LLC. reserves the right in its sole discretion to change these terms. We will post changes on the web site, as well as publish directly to a subscribed client. Your continued use of the Preflight Mitigator application beyond a period of 30 days after a change in the terms shall constitute your acceptance to be bound by any such changes.

The Disclosed Agreement

By using the Preflight Mitigator Flight Risk Assessment Tool Software you agree to the following:

Preflight Mitigators LLC. provides the Flight Risk Assessment Tool software that was either approved by the ASF-200 Form, or by the data the customer created/modified, and/or provided. Information that is contained on each client's assessment form is solely their responsibility, and does not guarantee a safe flight.

Neither Preflight Mitigators LLC., it's owners, or employees shall be held responsible for any violations, incidents, infractions or accidents that occur either directly or indirectly from the use of the preflight mitigator Flight Risk Assessment Tool application.

Neither Preflight Mitigators LLC., it's owners, or employees shall be liable for any losses, financial or otherwise, that occur either directly or indirectly from the failure of the Flight Risk Assessment Tool being viewable or useable because of internet or data interruption.

By using the Preflight Mitigator software application, you agree to hold Preflight Mitigators LLC., its owners, and its employees not-responsible for any losses of any kind, financial, personal, or otherwise, that occur directly or indirectly from failure of the clients provision of an acceptable and safe Flight Risk Assessment Tool and use of it by the clients personnel required to perform such a Flight Risk Assessment for flight.  You agree on your behalf and on behalf of your heirs, executors, and assigns, not to sue Preflight Mitigators LLC. or any of its affiliated or related organizations.

Failure to read and/or understand this disclaimer, or the program limitations, and moving forward with using the software, in no way absolves the user of his/her responsibility to be familiar with its contents and/or the programs limitations/intentions.
